System Error: in times of crisis, artists take a stand

Springcamp 2012
Systems around us are failing. Truths are under pressure. At this year's Springcamp, artists, thinkers and makers get together to start a dialog. New alliances inspire.

Springcamp Cafe
The crisis: an opportunity? Is radical change within our reach? From 25 until 31 March 2012 we formulate alternatives. Every day, Springcamp Cafe will offer another view on tackling the crisis. Simultaneously, 12 international and local artists will work at timelab on their answer to failing systems surrounding us. They will present their work at the final event on Saturday 31 March at 4 pm.

Springcamp Café is open every day from noon, offering an honest lunch or evening meal (10 euros)

Drop by and get inspired!

Feral Trade di 27.03.2012 - 20:00 - Feral Trade - presentation by Kate Rich
Imagine we would trade goods over social networks. Kate Rich has been running this experiment since 2003. The word 'feral' describes a process which is wilfully wild (as in pigeon) as opposed to romantically or nature-wild (wolf). The passage of goods can open up wormholes between diverse social settings, routes along which other information, techniques or individuals can potentially travel.
